Accessing Your liga banteng Transaction History
Your Transaction History is available anytime you log into your liga banteng account. Navigate to the Account or Dashboard section, then select Transaction History or Activity Log. The page displays all your transactions in reverse chronological order—most recent first.
The interface shows key details for each transaction: the date and time, the type (deposit, withdrawal, or bet settlement), the amount, the payment method used, and the current status. You can filter by date range, transaction type, or payment method to find specific entries quickly.
On mobile, the same information is available in a compact layout. Tap any transaction to see full details, including confirmation numbers and payment partner references. This is especially useful if you need to follow up with your bank or payment provider about a specific transaction.
Understanding Transaction Types on liga banteng
Your Transaction History includes several categories of activity. Here's what each one means:
- Deposit: Money you've added to your liga banteng account from a payment method like DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment virtual account, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment. Deposits are credited to your balance once confirmed.
- Withdrawal: Money you've requested to transfer from your liga banteng account back to your payment method. Withdrawals show the amount requested and the status (pending, processing, or completed).
- Bet placed: A wager you've made on Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, live-dealer games, slots, or esports markets. The amount is deducted from your balance when the bet is confirmed.
- Bet settled: The result of a wager. If you won, the payout is credited to your balance. If you lost, the stake is settled and no credit is added.
- Bonus or promotion: Any promotional credit applied to your account. These appear separately so you can track bonus activity.
- Adjustment: Rare corrections made by our team (for example, if a transaction failed but was charged twice). Adjustments are always explained in the transaction details.
Tracking Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are the most important transactions to monitor. Here's how to read them in your Transaction History:
- Pending
- The transaction has been initiated but not yet confirmed by the payment partner. Most deposits via online payment or e-wallet move to completed within minutes.
- Processing
- The payment partner is verifying the transaction. Bank transfers via mobile banking virtual account may show this status for a few hours.
- Completed
- The transaction is confirmed and settled. Deposits are credited to your balance; withdrawals have been sent to your payment method.
- Failed
- The transaction did not go through. Your balance is not affected. Check your payment method and try again, or contact support.
If you deposit via local payment or online payment from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, the transaction typically completes within seconds. Bank transfers to a e-wallet virtual account may take longer—usually a few hours during business hours. Your Transaction History shows the exact time each step occurred, so you can track progress.
For withdrawals, the timeline depends on your payment method. mobile banking and local payment withdrawals usually process within a standard window. Bank transfers to online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking accounts may take longer. Your Transaction History displays the withdrawal request time and the completion time, so you know exactly when to expect the funds.

Reconciling Your Account with Transaction History
Use your Transaction History to verify that your account balance is correct. Here's how:
- Note your current balance at the top of your account dashboard.
- Open Transaction History and review all recent transactions.
- Add up all deposits and bet winnings. Subtract all withdrawals and losing bets.
- The result should match your current balance. If it doesn't, look for any pending transactions or adjustments.
If your balance doesn't match your calculations, check for pending transactions. These are included in your history but may not yet be reflected in your available balance. Once they complete, your balance will update automatically.
If you spot a transaction you don't recognize—an unexpected withdrawal, a deposit you didn't make, or a bet you don't remember placing—contact our support team immediately. We investigate all discrepancies and can reverse unauthorized transactions if needed. Your Transaction History provides the evidence we need to help you.
